Q: What Win Lean can do?

A: Win Lean Limited is a manufacturer that offers high quality parts at competitive price with quick turnaround times, as well as aims to provide value-added services for our clients and offers a wide variety of manufacturing solutions.

Q: Why should I work with Win Lean for my new project?

A: Win Lean puts customer service as a priority, we understand your concerns and we can ensure you our fast response, high quality and fast delivery as well as after sales service. You may find us reliable once you try our service.

Q: What are the shipping terms you do?

A: Our standard shipping terms is ExWorks (EXW). If you have your own shipping account or freight forwarder, we can arrange shipment with your shipping account / freight forwarder accordingly.

Q: Can you make the design drawings for me?

A: Win Lean does not offer design service. Clients are responsible for the design, providing 2D and 3D drawings for manufacturing. However, we do provide suggestions in order to suit the manufacturing needs or reduce cost.

Q: What is the payment terms?

A: Pay in Advance for all new customers for the rapid prototyping orders. Tooling orders is 50% upfront and 50% upon approval of trial samples.
